Lock Joint (Patented)

Our flagship product. It is the rigid plastic control joint that keeps concrete paths from skewing and cracking - greatly reducing maintenance costs. Also, sand won’t get into the joint and weeds won’t come up. It provides a safer, smoother surface for pedestrians and cyclists.

The zip-clean-capping gives a clean finish to the joint capping after laying.

Available capping colours: Black, Crème, Light Grey, Sandstone, Terracotta.

Height: 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm.

Lengths: 1.2m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.0m, 2.1m, 2.4m, 2.5m, 3.0m, 6.0m.

We will cut to any length for special orders.

Holding Bars and Clamps

Makes installation of Lock Joint quick and easy and holds Lock Joint straight when pouring the concrete.

Canite / BIF Mastic (Bitumen Impregnated Fibre Board)

Composed of cellular fibres securely bonded together and uniformly saturated with bitumen by a special patented process. Does not bleed. Easy to cut and edge up to.

Often copied but never equalled, this remains the industry standard with over 70 years of proven performance.

Flexi Rolls Flexing Foam

A cross linked, closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Recovers to a minimum 99% after 50% compression.

Density: 25 kg/m3

Thickness: 10mm

Length: 25m

Height: 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 1,000mm.

Also available with adhesive backing.

Jointfill

A non-cross linked, closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Can be compressed to 50% and will recover up to 95% within 10 minutes.

Density: 65 kg/m3

         20mm * 25m available up to 500mm widths

Coloured Rolls

A cross linked, fine closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Recovers to a minimum 95% within 24 hrs after being compressed to 75% for 22 hrs.

Colours: Crème, Light Grey, Charcoal, Terracotta, Sandstone.
Crème and Grey also available with a Sticky Back.

Stiff Strips

A semi rigid cross linked, fine closed cell polyethylene foam expansion joint filler. Recovers to a minimum 95% within 24 hrs after being compressed to 75% for 22 hrs.

Stiff Expansion Joint Strip

A semi rigid closed cell polyethylene compressible joint filler. This stiffened polyolefin joint will recover up to a minimum 98% after 50% compression.

Pathform

Made from a rigid plastic. Light weight. Easy to clean. Although essentially for straight edges, it has some flex to form gentle sweeping curves.

Flexi-Form

Made from a rigid plastic. Light weight. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Very flexible. Will bend to form circles and tight curves, but won’t kink.

Heavy Duty Flexi-Form

Made from a rigid plastic. Light weight. Easy to clean. Easy to use. Won’t kink. Used for forming curves.

KIS Bars (Keep it Straight)

Holds foam expansion joint straight during the concrete pour.

Suitable for 100mm and 75mm foam, 10mm thick.
